Yet the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen [you] and set you on a firm foundation and guard you from the evil [one].
Have you ever walked down a road at night when there are no streetlights or the light from houses shining?
Do you do anything to keep from thinking about what you can’t see?
No matter what is thrown at us, God is watching over us. Trials will always occur.
We will encounter challenges practically every day of our life.
A new mountain will always need to be climbed. Because of how this world has fallen, there will be struggle and suffering.
But I’m grateful that the Lord is keeping an eye on us. He keeps us safe.
He protects us from the enemy, which is the only true threat.
I like to picture the Lord, who is far larger than I am, extending a protective canopy over me.
